By submitting your device for repair, you agree that we will take the necessary steps to diagnose and repair it as per your request.

2. Service Warranty

We offer a limited warranty for the services we perform:

  • Parts Warranty: All replacement parts come with a [30/60/90]-day warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the part replaced.
  • Service Warranty: The work performed by our technicians is warranted for [30/60/90] days from the repair date. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents after repair (e.g., dropping the device, water exposure)
  • Subsequent repairs attempted by unauthorized third parties

3. Data Protection and Privacy

We value your privacy and take all necessary precautions to protect the data on your device. However, we strongly recommend that you back up your data before submitting your device for repair.

  • We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
  • We will not browse or retrieve any personal data unless required to complete the repair.

4. Device Handling and Repair Process

While we handle all devices with the utmost care, you agree that:

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any issues that exist prior to repair (e.g., unreported damage or malfunctions).
  • Liquid Damage: For devices with liquid damage, we do not guarantee complete recovery. Liquid-damaged devices are prone to further issues even after repair, and the warranty may not apply to these repairs.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Repair Cost: The total repair cost will be provided after diagnosing your device. We will not proceed with the repair without your approval.
  • Estimates: All cost estimates provided before diagnostic testing are approximate and may vary depending on the device's condition.
  • Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the repair.

6. Liability Limitation

We take every precaution to ensure the safety and integrity of your device during repair. However, by submitting your device, you acknowledge that:

  • No Liability for Further Damage: We are not liable for further damage that may occur during the repair process, especially for devices with pre-existing issues or fragile components (e.g., water damage, broken frames).
  • Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss, system errors, or software malfunctions that may occur as a result of the repair.

7. Abandonment of Devices

Devices not collected within 30 days of the repair completion notice will be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you during this period. After 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of or sell the device to recover the cost of the repair.

8. Unauthorized Repairs and Warranty Voids

Opening or tampering with your device after repair by unauthorized third parties will void any warranty provided by us.

9. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the repair, please contact us within 7 days of the repair completion to address the issue. We will make every reasonable effort to rectify the problem. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved.

10. Modifications to Services and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services, products, or prices at any time without notice. However, any confirmed repair order will be honored at the agreed-upon price.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Leicester, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Leicester for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
